What does the order quantity of customized packaging depend on?

1. Required customized bag specifications (length * width + bottom width * thickness): the size of raw materials is divided into fixed specifications according to different thicknesses. When we receive the customer's demand, we need to select raw materials according to the specifications, plan the printing area and the weight of corresponding composite materials from the raw materials, and then calculate the layout of the minimum number of batches.

2. Customized bag type consumables: the cutting loss of materials caused by different bag type processes also affects the starting order quantity to a certain extent. In order to ensure complete delivery, after calculating the printing area and the weight of composite materials, we need to consider the proportion of consumables to the whole batch.

3. Since the packaging bags produced in batch must be adjusted and adapted in the actual production process, there will be loss (such as printing color matching, film coating adjustment and bag making calibration), and the actual outbound quantity will have an error more or less (5% - 10%).
